Exchanges & Returns Policy
Our main products are workshop experiences and the knives made during those workshops.

Workshops (services):
・1-day workshop bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 7 days before the workshop date (Japan time) for a full refund. After this deadline, the fee is non-refundable.
・6-day workshop bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 30 days before the start date (Japan time) for a full refund. After this deadline, the fee is non-refundable. -
Shipped knives (non-defective):
Because each item is handmade and created specifically by and for the customer during the workshop, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items after shipment, including for reasons such as change of mind or minor cosmetic variations.
If a workshop must be cancelled by us for any reason, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
